Who we are
ecommerce ground handles personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
When you request a call or ask for your health check follow-up, we collect your name, work email, phone number (if given), state, store URL and the answers you choose to share.
Why we collect it
We use it to respond to your enquiry, prepare for our call and, if you become a client, deliver our services. We do not sell your information.
Where it is stored
Your enquiry is stored in our Odoo system. Tell us where your server is hosted, and whether any providers store data outside Australia.
Access and correction
You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or make a complaint, by emailing ebrahiem.abdellatef@gmail.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
